Okay, but let's not scrap anima. You want to be teleported somewhere and without anima by paying for gil? Sure, but only from each major city and make the cost based on an algorithm that calculates how many total users have recently used any form of teleport.

they already have this its called airships, might not be instant but no one waits longer than a few minutes.
