Fabulous Flying Unicorn!

I miss my unicorn friend.

She was with me every single day from the moment I obtained 30 white mage until the day I unlocked flying in heavensward. After that I just didn't have many opportunities to use her anymore. I've unlocked and purchased many other mounts, but it just isn't the same without her.

But things can change! We have so many mounts which look outlandish in the air. Goobbues, elephants, behemoth, even a rocket powered tortoise. Next to them a magical creature like a unicorn skipping through the sky makes much more sense. If they can do it, so can my little friend, and I think I've worked out how.

The image is a bit rough, but you get the idea. There would be no need to change the unicorns looks, just have her run through the sky on a rainbow trail, the same way fenrir runs on particles of ice. The trail wouldn't have to be very long either, it could fade away just behind. It would also match the white mage spells very well, as some of them have rainbow effects in them. And it looks fabulous.

We were told a long time ago that all ponies will be able to fly but for some reason they still don't
Guess they thought that making Kirin (that I find ugly) fly would be enough for people for now or something

Meanwhile, Goobbues and Behemoths being granted the ability to fly, before all those magical horses are able to.

Maybe they'll allow them to fly once they run out of other ground mounts.

The real shame is that the flying animation is basically already finished since 3.1: They can just copypaste the animations of the Pegasus mount, because it uses the same base model.

Yeah that's true, they have the skeleton available already.

pretty sure it's probably just a matter of dev time to add all that stuff to the other mounts. now that they're starting from the beginning by adding flying to goobue and behemoth they're just slowly working their way up the list.
