That might help whit the queue times. playing a tank doesn't always get you a fast queue because think there is still shortage on healers to. There just to many dps jobs to healer and tank jobs. The ratio needs to be fixed to make queue times faster. Before they added all new jobs it was ok the queue times.

Its not so much the shortage of tank and healer roles but a shortage of people willing to play a tank or healer role - despite adding a tank and a healer with HW, there was no increase in people playing tank and healers, specially not in the long run. People who were playing a tank as main, stayed tank; same for healers and dps.

So while I'm totally not against them adding more tanks and healer jobs (specially because I enjoy tanking... with my main being pld since 2.0 - just to prove my point by this very singular, personal anecdote), it wont solve the problem of having a shortage of people wanting to play those jobs in the first place.
