Raid behavior is getting worse lately

I very rarely post on forums and don't know anyone here, so I don't know what "obvious bait" means. Do you mean they're a known troll making up a fake stories about harassment? If so, that's terrible and they need to find better things to do. I've had some horrible experiences in FFXIV, so I usually believe someone when they say they're being harassed or mistreated.

Yes! You don't even need to know he's a troll either! It's just so specific in this time that everyone seems to complain about raiders these past few days for the silliest thing. Honestly, if he died and wasn't given a raise, did you happen to think it was because it's LotA? A 24 man raid that has been hit so hard with powercreep that literally 8 level 50 players could probably clear it if it wasn't for the 3 lanes fight? Nobody raises in that place!

I get LoTa alot in my healer queues (although Im not complaining, give me more) and I raise people alot in there, across multiple fights... it's also LoTa so who cares about weakness....

You're right we cant say that was the reason he wasnt raised but he said he was getting picked on prior to that sooo....

Thank you for the explanation! I really appreciate it. I've only done LotA once and it was a year ago, so I forgot everything about it. I was confused as to why people kept calling him a troll and thought they were just being rude.

Bait or not, lately I had noticed an up of trolls in my levelling roulettes. 24 man wise I had a guy who needed to step out for pizza and some people getting verbally nasty also a Raba run where on first boss I spent most of the fight repeatedly solo rezzing 2 alliances (dunno why healers/rdm/smn have allergy to rezz duty *sighs*)-- I am saying this because I joke not, there is a spike of people making runs a pain in general across everything. Or maybe I am just a magnet for those x)

On that note - if this is not a joke- this is a lot of effort to check what someone wrote in description. I don't even bother with checking gear (not even checking for some comment someone made) until it is a repeated wipe in a content I could run blindfolded. OP has a true dedicated fanclub.

To OP whatever you believe in (or the gender preference of the partner/religion/whatever) you should not be harassed because of it. The way I see it as long as you are not pushing it in our face (same as we shouldn't do to you) it is none of people problem nor issue. It also shouldn't be a joking matter nor something you get teased about especially by STRANGERS. Like what does it even matter? It is not this stranger problem what you get up to in your free time and it doesn't hurt anyone, so this is just childish. I am sorry that you have a bad period in real life, and that even in game you cannot escape that totally. Someone wrote that perhaps teaming up with friends will help and I can totes agree. Friends can actually make a bad run best run x). I would offer my company but we are on completely different world even.

I'm only posting here to say that in any 24-man raid, if you died near the end of a fight (which in LotA, is almost any section of most fights), many healers will just not revive you so you can respawn and use the portal.

While I’m sorry that you were harassed, I don’t really see what this has to do with raids specifically. People can be jerks in any piece of content; not just raids.

he's complaining about 24 man raids, not raiders, and yeah people in 24 mans can be bad that way. Not sure what it is, but you get annoying people in it a lot. Enough to notice I feel, so I generally avoid alliance raid roulette except when forced.
