Hmmmmm, tbh the Melee stuff looks not good Really bad choice ~ And i think it dont fit in this Game lol. The Range is okey. Others had better Ideas for Melee stuff.

Tank contest winner: High-allagan MK-2 (boring indeed) . JAP designer

Magic DPS contest winner : devilish-like black coat , mostly ok but the IG model look not so good thanks to bad clipping. JAP designer

Healer : White coat (extremely boring) that look like cr*p on male characters because it's not the same model. Jap designer

Melee : kinda ok but not the best design. I wonder how it will look like IG. JAP designer

Ranged : Machinist AF MK-2 , so yet again no originality and "surprise" : JAP designer


I won't say that those contest were not totally fair but I sure have doubts...
And SB skins (and not only skins) are just bad in general. Very few "good" design.

Whatever... Continue to give the same thing over and over again, we don't have enough of white robes/coat for healers.

It's such a shame that I love healing, and not much else, but then a good portion of the gear that really catches my eye is set for mnk and/or ranged jobs

With these new outfits, I can't say I particularly care for the melee set, but I do (once again) like that ranged set.

I dream of the day that XIV introduces cross-class glamouring.

and of course the runner ups have a much better design than the entry who won… at least in my opinion. This design is… boring

I give them the benefit of the doubt that they might have issues with most of the designed outfits to be realizable in the game. Half of them will have massive problems with clipping, especially those with long robes and capes.
Some probably have been simply mentioned because, apart not being thematically fitting for their game, they were actually creative designs, like the thief/delinquent/astronaut/trooper ones.

Welp nothing for me but that's ok I guess. Looks like we'll see some Raiden (Metal Gear) / Genji (Overwatch) cosplays soon though.

ding ding ding! They said so themselves in one of the earlier contest. One of the design looked pretty badass but due to it having so much pattern and stuff on it, they decided to not make it win, as it would take too much "time" to make it.

But we all know that its because no outfit looked like it in-game and that they couldn't just use reskin it. Like that 2nd outfit winner, thats an easy reskin of post-moogle hat and possibly lightning's top with added cleavage for the women since it already has a type of cape in the same area.
