Ps4 players have a little harder time with latency and whatnot that makes the abilities clip into each other even with the 2.5 recast time. Displacement's exaggeratedly long repel ends at almost the same time your GCD is up. Add latency to that, you'll start casting later than after you actually land. I don't know, the distance, or a faster animation if losing damage isn't a problem (I consider it a problem because it's an ability meant to be weaved since it does deal damage, 130 potency is a lot for it not to be used during a whole minute)
