Reporting High Latency and Packet Loss During Peak Hours

The same thing happened to me LITERALLY two days ago as well. 9/26/2018 at roughly 7pm eastern and it has continued to today. Ever since 4.4 for me.
I've opened all the recommenced ports on top all the other troubleshootings posted in the threads Mesarthim linked. I've also had my internet people at WoWay come over three times, and this lag does not occur in my speedtests or any other games.

Final Fantasy 14 has become unplayable during prime time when I get home and, at the moment, I cannot afford to pay for a VPN or GPN program like Mudfish or anything similar.
