Not sure how many people know this and haven't seen any post about it. Turns out after you finish the Omega quests and Alpha go out on his own you can find him out in the world. Not sure if he has set spots and is always in those spots or if he moves around.

I found him at the campfire outside Camp Overlook and a friend says he saw him somewhere in Mor Dhona (haven't looked myself).

Just wanted to let everyone know if they didn't already since I know some people don't get out of the cities much.
