90 Minutes to enter Heaven on High

I'll keep it simple:
Same with Palace of the death, people find it easier to just repeat certain levels of the dungeon over and over instead of completing the entire set. That makes finding a party for a certain floor set a horrible experience.

I suggest adding some sort of incentive that pushes players to do all floors instead of floor 50 to 60 in Palace of the death and 20 to 30 in Heaven of High. The waiting time is really bad. I am not kidding when I say i waited 90 minutes in line to form a party to get from floor 1 to 10. This defies the purpose of using this deep dungeon to level up my classes.

Have you tried using the Party Finder? There are also Deep Dungeon Linkshells out there that might be worth looking out for, so it beats waiting on the queue.

Why would you do 1~10 if you have access to 20~30?

If you don't have access to 20~30, just solo it.
