I've never reached out to a support desk in an MMO before, so when I filed a harassment claim earlier tonight I figured that I'd see no tangible response to the issue and it's get lost in the shuffle. Gm Tehmuhsae responded to me promptly. They were kind and considerate through a rather rough experience, and assured me that they would take action after asking me a few questions about the event. I've never felt more heard reaching out to a support staff before. Everyone on this team should feel very proud, you've set the gold standard for how community moderators should operate.
