I'm sorry but... who cares? Maybe it's because I come from playing CoD and LoL (though, I hardly talk down to people), but something as simple as "uninstall" or "go kill yourself" are more commonplace than something like "good morning". I'm not excusing what that person did as if it were the right thing to do, but your whining and complaining on a forum about this is no better. Grow up and get some thicker skin if you want to play a game like this.

I mean yeah you're right, people aren't goign to be nice all the time and that's fine. Thats why we have things like the report button, but some people aren't used too it or somethings hit people in different ways. If it were me I'd reported them or told them I'mma sue them for means words like a lady suing air and laughed it off. But hey. I'm only replying to you as maybe she felt like she needed to vent on the forums. I dunno. Either way I do agree with you tho. But you don't or shouldn't need iron tank steel skin to play this game. You should be aware that not everyone is gonna like you tho. But yeah. anyway I'mma go poke a nose.
