Steps:
1. Doman Enclave has been completed before patch 4.4
2. Donate since patch 4.4 release to maximum amount allowed
3. Questline does not advance after the rice fields portion is complete.
4. Friends questlines are now at the school portion of the enclave.
5. Cannot advance the storyline either by talking to Kozakura or triggering the donation box.
6. Has been a problem for me personally since patch 4.3.
