WHM friend in that group told me she did more dps than him. So it was a combination of unwilling to listen to advice, foul play in trying to MT as OT, and low dps leading to kick.

Wouldn't it be better to take this experience and learn from it? You've been offered help from others, myself included, there's no shame in accepting help to improve. I can say that if you continue with the mind set you currently have you'll probably be kicked from more parties.
