Gameplay differences. Seems to fly.

Again, there's no option when you vote kick that's for "bads" or "gameplay difference" so if the person that got kicked REALLY wanted to push it. The people that vote kicked them could get in trouble since they technically used it "wrong".

So you swear at him, which does do something, and that's that you get reported...? Kick them and move on.

Is there a reason you're stuck on swearing? I personally don't think swearing should be a bannable offense but that's not even close to what I'm talking about in any of my previous posts.

Nope because that's being "toxic" again, why are you stuck on swearing? This entire issue is more than swearing it's about people like OP that are legitimate bads, trying to get innocent people banned because they refuse to learn how to play their class. Also I may have missed something, I didn't read this entire thread but in the screenshot did the person swear at them? Saying "you play like crap" isn't truly swearing at them. Swearing at them is saying "you are crap".

I believe the word 'shit' was used.

Yeah but that's not swearing at them that's more like comparing them to it (not trying to get banned on the forums again). Swearing at them is calling them the actual word.
