The last one was against Niddi, Sohm Al I guess? and all I got was "A bonus of 32,000 experience points and 6,000 gil has been awarded for swift first-time completion of duty objectives." - but no seals. At all.

Can someone explain this to me? Do you only get seals for a random instance under 50 or whot .__.?
So Every Roulette has it's once daily bonus and the adventurer in need bonus.
The first you get once a day, just for completing the duty through the roulette.
The second one is granted every time you complete the duty through the roulette and being the role that is displayed as in need, mostly tanks and healers, sometimes in a blue moon DPS.
