I'm aware that this has happened to others in the past, I've tried their solutions but nothing seems to work.

So I bought 2 keys for myself and my wife (this is my wife's account), I managed to activate the key on this account without a problem, however the second key doesn't work on my account.

I tried contacting the support center, can't seem to workout the live chat not sure if they're working or not but I haven't had a response from them for the past 2 days so I'm not sure what to do or who to turn to.
