Nope, clearly it's your fault for creating the PF in the first place. You're overestimating the playerbase's ability to read requirements and understand that if they don't pull their weight, you will disband.

So everyone should static up and never use the PF ever again. Don't even look at it, don't even--HEY, I SAID DON'T LOOK-- don't even mention it. Instead, you should expect everyone to have the same time availability for all content and that they can only run stuff with you by dropping everything they were doing in-game or in real life and come at your beck and call.
