How would an optional, official parser be toxic?

I don't understand why it's a hard concept to understand that some are not able to purchase a decent laptop due to life obligations or can't afford to build a tower. $300 doesn't come cheap for everyone.

Consoles are pretty expensive themselves but I'm not a gamer so yea... Unless only playing FF14 is considered being a gamer.
