Having any sort of parser endorsement by SE will open that sort of discrimination to no longer be against the rules.
Why would having an ingame parser mean that Enix is no longer allowed to prohibit dps shaming or bypassing intended ingame systems to access other players dps?

Surely they could just continue with a stance that dps shaming is termed as harrasment and pulling dps data from private parsers breaks ToS?
