Thread: Xbox One Controller Not Working since Patch 4.4

Since the launch of Patch 4.4 i have not been able to use my Xbox one controller on my PC. It works on all other games however, on XIV i get no response or feedback from the controller besides vibration when i check the box on and off in the settings. No buttons or joysticks work. I have tried several things to no success from updating my controllers drivers, re-pairing the controller via USB. Since the game is in my steam Library i thought steam big picture mode would be involved to allowing me to switch to the right configurations for
the controller but even then its not working. re-installing the game worked at first but as soon as i log out then log back in the controller seizes to work again. i also made sure all the system settings in game for the use of a controller was enabled just as its always been. I'm at a lose and i'm not sure what else to do. If anyone else know's any fix it would be amazing.
