Glamour Plates

Can we at least get one for each job instead of only 10, so that we don't have to keep picking and choosing between them =[. or can you just remove plates in general and give us costume slots in separate menu like you know most games have, even free games have them =3.

We need more plates and slots. 10 plates & 200 slots are not enough. It's going to be hard continuing hoarding dungeon gear without more slots.

glamour plates confuse me, we convert gear into plates, do they take up inventory space? does each plate take up 1 slot or do they stack? or how exactly does it work

you go to the glamour dresser and choose which gear you put in there. It disappears from the inventory but it's saved as an image in the glamour dresser (you will need a glamour prism for that), then the glamour dresser has tabs which are called plates which you can pick and choose from the images you have stores in the glamour dresser to make your own look (glamour) which will be saved in the plate. you have a button above your character gear (middle button) which is called Glamour plates and it will open the several tabs where you have your glamours saved then you just press Apply and you get the look applied to the gear.

Sounds confusing but try messing with it. it's easy to understand when you mess with it.

Edit: also yes, we need more plates and I don't glam that much.

One problem with this is that you might share a piece of gear over several jobs, (let's say body gear on healers) and each time you change to a particular job the glamour would constantly needed to be updated. Of course at the moment you can link Glamour Plates to specific jobs, but it doesn't work outside of the cities/social areas and the spam of text that comes up in chat every time you do it is very annoying.

Essentially until players can change their glamour plate wherever they are in the world, it's still going to have lots of limitations. Definitely in the long run we need a few more plates, but mostly many more slots.

I would love to see both plates and the amount of items in general at least doubled. 200 items is too few with all the gear for glamour in the game and 10 plates aren't enough because end game. (not even being sarcastic on that either)

We've had enough trial time with glamour plates.
More slots, more plates, and the ability to create and apply them anywhere is due.

Yeah. I don't get this change. In SB they specifically removed limitations like this with specifically things like the TP and MP and abilities going on CD if you weren't near an aetheryte.... and now they are stepping back and adding more. I don't get it.
