How long for mogstation items after a server transfer?

I've never used the server transfer service before but with Balmung open I finally jammed my last alt into my last slot. The actual transfer took all of a min for it to email me and say it was complete and I could log in safely but as of an hour after I'm still unable to buy the story boost or level boost for the character. As I get to payment it tells me that this character has submitted a server change request and I have to wait until its completed...which according to the email it is. Is there some probation period post moving before you can buy items? I just want to get it done before the sale ends.

Give it a solid 24h, it has to update your info with the lodestone character profile and stuff, if it doesn't work, try in 48h...then 72h..
