    100 percent packet lose since 9/19 excellent > good poor connection aether server na

    ive tried it all I went from excellent connection to good poor . ive contacted isp they said its you guys there's 2 spots on chain which are 100 percent packet lose

    I went as far as support with you guys2 x support w isp 3x and they both say its each other
    windows and ps4 same connection issues
    same network . went in through router then in through direct to modem pc same results
    renew config ip its nothin here on my end

    Please provide:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Any error codes or messages you receive upon disconnect (if any)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Frequency at which error occurs
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue
