    Why the Ten 12 on the last slot in the 2nd ring? Is it for a specific breakpoint?

    Fair enough. Im not going to penta meld my gear to that minute degree based on a set of gear i wont have for months personally. All I needed was a re-confirmation that Det is still more valuable than DH/SS for war and build my gear as I progress with the SS for 5hit>Crit>Det priority. I'll reconsider mega perfect BIS when I actually have the gear to do it.

    Now to get the rest of the crafting materials for my 1st round of gear so my buddy can make it over the weekend
