Searching for the greater server in EU

Title says it all here, I am seeking the greater choice if it comes to choosing a EU server. I got many chars on Faerie in NA but being severely nagged by timezone effects and I want to expand my wings. And hope to find some assistance/direction here.

What i need in the server:
- Friendly people, saltyness or rudeness easily affects me/scares me away.
- Casuality, I dont do (ex/savage) raids and such cause i just cant keep up.
- Activity, this is the main issue, in my prime times no one is on in Faerie.
- Home, while Faerie is my home now, i want to find my place in EU too.
- Language, preferably english or dutch (nederlands).

all input towards where i need to seek is appreciated~ Thank you.
P.S. I dont seek to move, just to make a new character in EU.

I think Odin might be a good choice for you.
Mostly english speaking people and a full and active server. There are raiders, but it's not really considered a "raiding server". A lot of small to big sized FCs covering all needs someone might have.
Maybe Phoenix as well.

Thank you, i will do a bit more research into the 2 servers. i have a char of lv. 38 in phoenix but never went really far as to go and feel the atmosphere as it wasnt my target at the time.
curious too what others will say~
