Constant lag spikes / package losses in my playtime since 19/9/2018

Constant lag spikes / package losses in my playtime since 19/9/2018 ,
cause me unplayable at dog farming for 2 days.......
Checked ISP status via CMD - which connects to google.hk works fine at 20-30ms Ping
Checked connection between primal servers - major package loss when i was raiding
otherwise it stays at 170 ms ping

information:
- Platform - PC
- Type of connection - wired
- Other programs running while the game is playing discord , youtube
- Frequency at which error occurs. - Major lag spikes at 7-11 PM (Hong Kong Time)
- Minor lag spikes at 5-7 AM ( Hong Kong Time)
- Everything you have tried to resolve the issue PC reboot, modem, router hard reset

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I'm assuming you are trying to connect to the NA Data Center from Hong Kong, correct? In that case, ~170 ms ping isn't out of the ordinary. Do you have any other characters on other Data Centers that have this same issue (most notably the Japanese Data Centers as those would be the closest to you)?
