I can't stand the music in there. I don't find it particularly creepy, it just does not sound good. Hard on the ears to listen to. I have to turn off the BGM if I didn't have it off already.

I don't have the music volume turned up all that much, so it doesn't affect me too harshly, but I agree that the HM of the Arboretum is a bit... Headache-inducing. To me, it sounds like a bootleg recording of a crystal glass-version of Hinterland's night theme. You know, like if you ever seen/heard a poorly-pirated version of some movie (They go into the theater with a video camera...). The audio exacerbates this by suddenly blaring certain notes and pitches that have really bad echoes.
I don't particularly care if people can rationalize it sounding the way it does simply based on the dungeon's aesthetics; by that logic, you could rationalize something like Garuda's arena "music" just being wind blowing into a mic for the entire fight because "look at all the wind."

This one gets it. The way certain notes and pitches hit another decibel wavelength is just painful to listen to repeatedly..or enough to drive a person insane during the dungeon. I really loathe and pray that SM never comes up in roulette again and so far, I've been fortunate.
