Where to get braided hairstyle

You know that hairstyle with the braid along the forehead and it's pulled back into a ponytail (I think)? Basically looks like something a goddess would wear? Do you know where I'd get that hair style?

That's not much to be honest, I opened 200 bags and got nothing. I ended up getting enough gil from all the junk I did get to buy it instead.

It's RNG.
I've been running HoH with another person from my FC (not for the hairstyle, incidentally). We're up to something like 50 runs and ~100 bags each.
In the first ten bags he got the hairstyle twice while all I got is Materia and fireworks, after that we didn't see the hairstyle again, just minions for him and chocobo bardings for me.
RNG is weird sometimes.
