    Error 311003 from FFXIV Companion app

    Opened the companion app to check my retainers, the character I originally linked to the app was not showing up so I had to log back into the app. Recieved an error code (311003) that said "Inactive Character. Your linked character is no longer active in-game. Returning to the home screen."

    I was logged in and playing the game earlier this morning and has no issues. Is the app having issues connecting?

    I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and tried my alternate characters. Problem still persists.
