Loaded into the Doman enclave on Main and game crashed but i can access alt just fine

I was starting the new MSQ Story and went from rising stones to doman enclave via teleport and my game crashed blaming direct x11. I reinstalled drivers and same issue but then i tried to access my alt char on the same server and it works without an issue. I read online that this is common and they just need to move my char, how do i go about getting support for this?

Unfortunately, our ability to move characters is a common misconception. We cannot provide that service. If it is only affecting one character, I'd suggest deleting the locally saved files from the 'My Documents' folder (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). If there is a corrupt file here associated with your character, it may be causing this crash.
