Steps:
1. Set auto hotbar switching when drawing/sheating weapon
2. Set active hotbars for sheathed weapon as 6 and 8
3. In patch 4.3 when sheathing weapon, hotbar defaulted to hotbar 8, now in 4.4 it defaults to hotbar 6

This can be "resolved" by resetting your hotbars so that the default bar is the lowest number, ie hotbar 6 in my example
