    pvp feedback

hello i'm from Brazil and i hope not be embarrassed for my level of english, i hope pass my feedback to you, i played other game and i understand a lot of pvp i did pvp my entire life and i think the pvp need to be complicated and improbable, because the pvp isn't only about for competition, because of that we need to complicate the habilities and in FF14 the habilities is so much simple in pvp like cure(it's just a criticism), and work like that: cure 25% of life, it isn't about to not understand the habilities, it's about to let the game more improbable and that's the word, we need more habilities to get more adrenaline on pvp and we need more habilities to do more different plays, another thing that we need for pvp is accessibility, so let the players get more inclusion on pvp casual and hardcore, with less rules and determinations, let it be more free, and another thing is functionality, the pvp movimentation need to work, melee dps need to catch up ranged with passive movement speed, not only usable habilities, and heals just need cures for seconds, and a nerf on cures castables, i like the special habilities but you can nerf it too if it be necessary square enix, is just that i hope for pvp and let's make pvp great, goodbye everyone! thank you for reading this.

i will add that i found that dot (in front) is far too important.... i means if you look at the best dps, often you will see bard and summoner, mostly because they only need to dot someone and switch of target it can become quite a mess.... the winning team is the one with the most bard/summoner generally.
plus like you say, melee are a pain, mostly because of the gcd and the fact that melee and ranged have generally the same speed.... no way to really stay in melee outside drop a debuff that will slow the target and in big melee you often don't deal enough damage or are fast in middle of the enemy line for be really reliable.... all in all i feel the pvp of ff14 (for the front) is not good.... not bad, but simply not adapted to the very long gcd....

With all due respect, we've had it both ways and it hasn't really made a difference to activity for the most part.

just to remember we need less people in frontline (my opinion), because we can't see the targets and have so much animations, i like animations but in pvp with 72 people is hard to fill, i think too we need small battlegrounds is just what i think, maybe becouse more encounters cause more pvp battles, diferent dinamics, one simple objective to be hard to find a way to complete this objective, because players can think (is because of that i like pvp, because is different) try this with new battleground square enix, simple objective like take 1 flag in the other lide of the map and cap ir with no mounts just running.
