1650 is the minimum to have 95% gathering rate, but it still does not hit +3 on bountiful yield. 1700 also is not enough. I am going to try and hit 1750 and see if that will do it. If not, it might not be possible to get +3, which would be

EDIT: 1773 still does not hit +3. I could push it to 1802 max with full grade V overmelds, grade III FC buff, and Nomad Meat Pie HQ but I don't think it's gonna happen.
