FF14 Constantly crashing after 4.4 update

I have currently come across the below issue after updating to 4.4. I will be able to log in and play just fine for about 5 minutes and then the game will provide me with the below error and the game will close. This has happened regardless of if i start the game with DirectX11, or DirectX9. I have checked all of my hardware and I am not finding any issues and this problem has not followed to any other games (however I have not tried another game today so I am unsure how accurate this statement is.) Additionally, I have uninstalled my graphics drivers completely and reinstalled them, and then performed a clean reinstall of the game. At this point I am at a loss. Can anyone provide some additonal insight into what i am seeing? Is anyone else seeing this issue since the patch?

The same thing has been happening to me as well. Never happened before 4.4 but it's now happening 90% of the time.

Multiple Iterations of the pop-up window

I originally thought this was something that was solely happening in Rhalgr's Reach but it was also happening in the Ruby Sea and I'm right now worried it'll crash at a bad time. Sometimes when I was loading into the game and sometimes midway through the game (and sometimes while I was logging out as well).

So after some viewing of the forums and investigation I think I may have figured out a solution. I stress think as I am not 100% convinced this is fixed but I am online for longer then i have been before.

So what i did was I went in and cleared the my documents folder for FF14. So before you do this, please keep in mind that doing so will reset your UI to default meaning, no hotbars, no gear sets, no custom UI all that stuff is going bye bye so do yourself a favor and backup before you do this. you can do that by copying your documents folder that can be found her by default: c:\users\*your username*\documents\My Games\FINAL FANSTASY XIV - A Realm reborn. I would copy this entire folder somewhere else to keep it safe. I delete this folder and then launched the game and went through what was required to log back in. Since then I have been stable and playing but I will update if the issue comes back. Now to get your hotbars and stuff back what you can do is inside the folder i listed above you can restore a file that is like FXIV - *a whole bunch of random letters and numbers* this folder should have your character data for any and all characters you play. I would copy them slowly to test if your stable. If you copy something back then have issues its likely that file is corrupt. I hope this information helps and i will update if I see the issue return.

I have the exact same issue and wiping character data from documents didn't solve the problem entirely. It still returned when I teleported to specific place.

Doing this only now makes it crash during the first loading screen after character select. Constantly.

EDIT: Ah. Seems to have been D11 causing that crash. But on D9.0, I still have originally reported issue.

I deleted all the final fantasy xiv folder in My Games (I did a backup before), changed to dx9 and I was able to login and play for a while. I teleported to another area (Rhalgr's Reach) and crashed again. I cannot login right now.
