Yeah I've been a huge advocate for the new server merge update, among other things. However, this just seems... pointless. I don't even see how it's a huge improvement over Guardian's Aspect, as the inn requires you to go stand in it for a while without anything to do except... watch old cut-scenes again and I guess sit on your bed. I'm sorry but I actually think it's way too simplistic to the point of being humorous. ^_^

In the current Patch 1.21, the inn rooms are simplified private areas, and players cannot synthesize, repair, or affix material while in them.

I can see that... Nonetheless, don't get me wrong - I AM grateful for the addition. It's just extremely bare-bones for the time being. Again, looking forward to 2.0.

I dislike this.

To me, this is just a way to view cut-scenes and waste a few extra seconds to log off.

This should have waited until 2.0 if we can't do anything with it.
