Trading between characters oin the same account.

I just got an Ifrit's Blade on my Disciple of Magic character :c

When the mailbox is stuff is implemented, would it be possible to have it so you can trade gear that is U/U to another character that is on the same account?

I have a Gladiator character, wish I could give the sword to it. I mean there is plenty of time between now and 2.0. Just if I can't choose what weapon I want, and it's untradeble to other people, it should at least be tradeble to yourself through the mail if the characters are on the same account.

I'm seeking clarification as well. A proposal for retainers being shared across all characters of the account was being discussed and I don't remember the outcome of that dev discussion. This *may* allow you to pass off U/U items to other characters via the retainer.

Edit: I can't find the.discussion at a quick glance. Now I'm wondering if I'm hallucinating?

Yes, they said somewhere that retainers will be shared across an account (2.0 I think). I think it was in one of the billing announcements/posts, but I don't remember exactly where.
