Unable to progress "Feel the Burn"

1. Queue for the Burn
2. Enter and complete the dungeon
3. Exit the dungeon
4. Cutscenes do not trigger, quest does not progress

I was caught up in the disconnects that hit cerberus earlier today. I had just killed the final boss of the burn, went to exit the dungeon, the loading screen started, then the game disconnected.

Since then, my quest journal tells me I need to do The Burn to progress, but no amount of doing so will progress the quest. I cannot abandon the quest either, as its a MSQ, so I am effectively trapped unable to progress with the games story.

Managed to solve it, the cutscenes randomly triggered when I TPed to the doman enclave.

Manually going to the location of the next cutscene almost always solves that issue.
