For those wondering how to get the new FC rank, you need to complete 5 different command missions, then complete a flagged squad mission. The difficulty is about the same as the last flagged mission; you should be able to do it easily with max level squad.

Thanks for that, was wondering why the flagged mission wasn't coming up for me and had a feeling it was related to the command missions since I rarely do them.

What exactly is Flagged Squad Mission and do you have to do anything to unlock it? I won't be home for hours, so I won't be able see myself for quite some time.

Yeah i've done 6 command missions and I don't see the flagged mission at all.

I believe the help text indicated that you needed to do 5 different command missions, so if you've done the same one multiple times you may have to do another.
