Thanks for the info

It's the level 50 one under the orange tab.

Never touched my squad after the locked emotes were released. All of them are still LV 50. I have some work to do.
The first 5 low level command missions are easy enough to knock out quickly with your squadron. If you tried a couple in the past but can't remember which you've already done, a green check mark will appear over the instance image in the mission list if you've done it. I discovered I had already completed 4 different command missions so I just needed to do the 5th.
Once you have the 5 completed, a quest for the flagged mission will show up.

Thanks for the info! I already completed 3 dungeons, so I knocked out the remaining low level dungeons and the quest icon came up. However the command mission itself is not available. I'm assuming I need to get their levels, which I am sure I would need to do any way for them to even stand a chance. The first 5 low level command missions are easy enough to knock out quickly with your squadron. Going to be a while before I'm captain.

I'm going to call myself out here lol. Thanks for the info! I already completed 3 dungeons, so I knocked out the remaining low level dungeons and the quest icon came up. Ok, so turned out to not be as bad as I thought. I was thinking 'Flagged Missions' was an entirely new tab that was going to start filling up with Lv60 stuff, and I had to get at least one member to 60 to unlock it. I misunderstood the OPs initial post and thought max level was a requirement, but rather just states that it is easily done if they are at max level. Damn you SE for making things less complicated when I thought you would make them complicated!
At any rate, I surprisingly found the mission under the routine mission tab, and was easily able to mix and match my squad and do a couple of training sessions to meet the requirements, despite being well under Lv60. So I should be Captain by this time tomorrow. However, because of how I am, there is no stopping the locomotive once it is in motion. I'm still going to max out my squad, and glam the crap out of them and everything. They're getting special treatment \o/

Thank you!
Yeah, that was how i felt too(though i did this awhile ago). I didnt bother to min-max the classes they had(i like variety), but ive done almost everything else. Ive kept at it until they all had chemistry bonuses i like, i kept recruiting and re-recruiting until i had all the unique costume'd ones i liked, then i decked everyone out in better weapons(and armor for the ones who didnt have unique outfits). Frizze's Angels(yes i actually call them that) deserve no less.

Good to know. I've done each Command Mission at least once, but I wasn't sure why other people I knew weren't seeing the quest.
Time to dust off the old Squad... vigorous training for all! If only we could do a montage...
