Unfortunately I play on Balmung as otherwise I'd invite you to my Free Company (FC), but you could check the Odin server forum for FCs and lses who are recruiting and are new player focused. Just be aware you can't post in it til you're level 30, but you can still browse it and note down the contact details for FCs that seem like they're right for you, and make contact in the game from there.
