Where's my Master Miner's Ring?

I just got the achievement I Found That: Miner III, but it didn't seem to have been given to me. My mining level is only 43 though; will it find its way to me when I hit 50?

You need to talk to this guy:

and select the option "Share a tale with Jonathas". He'll give you the ring, and you can equip it at level 50.

Makes sense as you might be full on inventory at the time of achieving.

While the basic rule that he's who you need to talk to to get these hasn't changed, at least with 4.4 his position is shown on the map and the interface to get rewards is updated so you can see what's available from him:
