I actually am grateful to these panic threads. Around the time the last one came up, an estate I'm a tenant in was nearing its demo timer because while the guy did log in occasionally, visiting his house wasn't a priority. I'm not sure he even started getting the notification emails, not that he'd have minded much since rl was hectic for him at the time. With all the buzz, I kept checking the demo timers, saw his was almost up, let him know, and he saved his house.
