[Suggestion] To allow for race chocobo dying

So, I wanted to throw out a suggestion that a nice addition to chocobo racing might be an option to dye them without having to rely on rng from coverings at the vendor (I personally have never seen soot black or snow white).

The reason this came to my mind was that I recently managed to raise a perfect pedigree 9 chocobo with 4 stars in every stat, the hereditary ability I wanted, and even the weather preference I was going for. My only issue with him is that he's a color I dislike on chocobos, but I can't change him without retiring him and attempting to breed him hoping that rng favors me again. Unsurprisingly, it's not an option I'm especially eager to pursue.

So, my general thought was that we could have an option added to one of the current npcs, or a new npc added, that would allow a player to purchase a dye option with mgp. It should probably cost a fair amount of mgp (say 50k for a round number), and may be restricted to a pedigree 9 bird to preserve the original intentions with the rng color options from coverings.

I just seems like a bummer to me that after all that hard work to get a great bird, I can't also adjust his color to something really cool looking. Lemme know what you guys think!

I've spent way more than 50k MGP on trying to get Soot Black and Snow White chocobo covering on separate occasions.Took about 300k to 400k MGP to get those 2 colors and successfully breed them. If it only took 50k MGP, it would be relatively cheap. Not for or against, just saying. It is time consuming when you get a perfect chocobo only to decide to change their color and have to quite a bit of work again.

That's my whole point though. You're already spending a fortune in mgp and effort to get the genetics right. Why add to the pain? I'm perfectly willing to spend as much as you did on the color I want, I plucked 50k out of thin air, but the rng pain you went through isn't something I would wish on anyone.

This is from march 2015, but sadly nothing happened since then.

I too sadly got stuck at Othard Blue for the last four pedigrees of my bird.

I really don’t like it lol.
