Recompense officer not selling all items

I was going to submit a bug request, but figured I'd try here first just in case I was missing something obvious.

For as long as I can remember, I've never had the option to repurchase the ghost costume (from the 2013 event). I did the event back then, but at some point had tossed out the costumes.

When I was talking to a friend about this, he showed me a picture of the items he can buy back, and he several additional sets that weren't showing up on mine (the pumpkin heads, the eerie set, and the ghost costumes) even though I own them.

I have the eerie set & pumpkin heads in my armoire ATM, but none of them show at the recompense officer. Not sure if it makes a difference, but my items were from the event (not mogstation). He said that he also got his from the events.

I did try pulling out a couple of the items to see if that would somehow make them appear with the NPC, but no luck.

Has anyone else run into this?
