I just looked the scene up on youtube, you ARE taking it way out of context. First off they never called it a "Date", players might but the game didn't. It's clearly just cloud and Barret hanging out, I mean while they're on that ride at the end Barret's asking him which one of the women he likes for crying out loud. It's not a date.

And I never said it was perfect but it wasn't unbearable. And yes it was a dark a gritty game for the most part. Golden Saucer getting shot up, the people on the ship getting slaughtered. Villages burnt. Reactors getting bombed. Sector 7 getting wiped out.

I could add a hundred things to that list.

This may sound simplistic, but I'd really like a /thank emote. Tossing a random cure or protect at someone, and getting a /thank you in return is time well spent.

I never said I hated anybody, my original point was just that I didn't want a /fabulous emote. Yeah it's one thing to want nice looking gear, an emote like that would be painful to watch. And I would be careful what I joked about, didn't the dev team take the my little chocobo thing seriously and start calling it that? (Don't remember the details)

Yeah they did, my point was it was significantly darker than the rest of them and that was a large reason why it did better here. It's why is batman doing better here than superman, people relate to a darker story better.

How did Answa and Bulwarkz's comments get in this thread? When I click the arrow in their quotes it takes me a post by ArnoMorely in this thread but not to their quote.

Also, while my comment was (as well as this one is) off topic, it was not an insult at all. I've literally always wondered why people do that so often.

I'm not constantly badgering people. It was just a light-hearted comment that's not even remotely hurtful. I'm sorry you take it as if I'm trying to offend anyone, but that's not the intention here. I tend to have a short fuse on these forums, because the people seriously get on my nerves. This was not one of those occassions. In fact, I'll delete that comment now if it so offends you.

He deleted his posts, since he noticed I wasn't even talking to him/about him. He was calling me arrogant and other stuff and linked to old posts where I used phrases just to counter some of his points (in paragraph form), which got him mad and stuff. I guess he thinks I target him?

I'm not a homophobe nor do I condone the suppression of gay related content but wouldn't /me,/examineself, and /pose do just what you are asking here "Looking good/flashy"? Unless /fabulous is actually doing something else I don't see the need to implement it unless you are joking. If you're joking then just say you're joking.

I think the rainbow flashes on that oft-used highlander pic would be amazing to have as a /fabulous.

Back to emotes, what's that thing people do in RL (I think it means up yours) where they cross one arm like - and bring the other one up like |. I think that'd be funny

actualy, the reason some jumped on you is cuz you said you dont want the gay, go back and read what you wrote in your first post on it and youll see what you wrote that probly offended ALOT of people
