They'll never do this.
In both XI and XIV they've never given you outright information like that in regards to stats. It adds to the mystery and gives theorycrafters something to play with.

Plus they've changed formulas multiple times, one day you could have a 32% crit rate and the next hotfix you've got a 20% rate. Their balance isn't always something people want to see.
