Adding Crysta- Is There a Daily Limit?

I'm just wondering if there is a daily limit on adding Crysta? Because I added 10,000 this morning, spent it, and wanted to add more but am receiving a "You cannot exceed the Crysta limit. Please change the amount of Crysta to add and try again. " Even though the amount of Crysta on my account shows ZERO... it will not allow me to add any more; no option/amount I select will allow me to add any more Crysta.

I just wonder if there is a daily server 'sync'- in which the amount of Crysta spent is recalculated. In other words, SE's site where you buy Crysta isn't syncing immediately with the Mog Station so right now all it knows was that 10,000 was added this morning but doesn't know that same 10,000 has already been spent; hopefully it's synced at a specific time of day so I can add more tomorrow.

I wasn't aware of any daily limit, and if there is one, I know it's higher than 10,000. That's the limit on how many crysta can be purchased in a single transaction, but I do two crysta transactions in a row when renewing my subscription. (A six month sub with two extra paid retainers costs 10,194 crysta, which is slightly more than can be purchased at once. But I just buy 5194, then 5000, then renew my sub, one right after the other.)

As long as the payment posted in your Paypal or Credit Card/Bank account, then you should be fine. Otherwise you may have to wait until those post (usually just a day).

I submitted a support ticket last night about it. However, per your suggestion about 'payment posted' I went to my bank site and see that the transaction is still sitting as 'pending'. Hopefully this gets resolved soon... nothing like wanting to give the game money and being unable to do so.

Ok... so here's the strangest thing I've ever heard from a business, "We apologize for the inconvenience, but there is a limit to how much Crysta that can be purchased in a 30 day period. If that limit is reached, the system will not allow more Crysta to be purchased regardless if the previously purchased Crysta was used." So... you don't want my money because I've given you too much already?!? That makes absolutely ZERO sense. Yet, I can still purchase with a credit card directly, I just cannot buy currency to make purchasing easier. Just... WOW.

Wow, you're right. That is a crazy rule. Out of curiosity, what is the 30 day limit? Should I be careful about making mog station purchases when my subscription is within a month of renewal (since that takes a big chunk of crysta at once)?

SE's support never said, and there is absolutely NOTHING posted regarding a monthly limit... even the error that I get only points to the 10,000 Crysta max limit, not the number of times you can purchase 10,000 in a month. SE seems to forget the number of items in the Mog store, and if you have multiple characters and want to class boost on each of them, or buy mounts, dyes, etc... it can add up quickly.

Interesting, because I've added 20,000 crysta within a month: 10,000 on June 1st and another 10,000 on June 16th. Though I've never added more than 20,000 in a month.
