Error 90002 only when joining Moogle server

As title says. I get that error every time I try to join to Moogle with any of my characters while I don't have any problem at all when joining other servers with the same account.Tried to restart the router, and to restart the game several times. Not working.

I'm using a PC, on wired connection. I'm using streamlabs OBS at the same time. But it's a program I've been using since now and never gave me problems.

The error is happening for half an hour now since this afternoon I was logged with my Moogle character without any problem at all.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Does this error come up immediately as you log into that character or after you have started playing?

These other servers that you've logged into successfully, are they from different data centers or are all of them on Chaos?

Can you list everything you've tried so far to alleviate the issue?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

I resolved it with a weird solution.

The other servers I've logged into were also in Chaos. One was Omega.

The solution i've come into was as follows: I disconnected my PC from the router and created a broad band connection (PPPoE) to bypass the router. That way, it's been solved. I can't really tell what happened or why was happening tho.

Thank you for the update Belaptir.

There may have been some configuration with your router that was preventing it. Bypassing it would allow you to connect. I can't say for certain though. This thread will be moved to the 'Closed Concerns' subforum as the thread creator has found a resolution to their issue.

Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
