    That's because I feel that pointing out their mistake while they are sharing their frustration is like kicking them while they are down. I'm not entirely sure who benefits from that, and frankly the way it's delivered just feels off to me.
    Don't worry, I can tell when I'm the minority in my point of view, and this will be my last reply on the matter. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

    Maybe it's because we have different standard, but I don't think frustration is a valid reason to absolve oneself from personal responsibility. If something bad happens to someone through no fault of theirs, and they come cry on my shoulder I would have no problem offering my sympathy. But if someone use their frustration to shift the blame to others, I would more than likely give it to them straight in the fact that the should reflect on their own short coming.
