So i finaly dug my way into heavensward content (at level 59) and i'm wondering if I can go straight to my class quest giver or I have to grind it trough the main story line so I can meet the new NPS that gives my CQ ?

Depends on the class/job and the specific quest.
If the NPC you need to talk to is in a place you have access to - then go ahead and talk to them. If the NPC is in some area you do not have access to yet - then you need to follow the MSQ until you do get access to that area.
The very first extra class quest at level 50 will start at same quest giver that you got previous quests from, and lead you to whatever NPC will give the next quest.
Just to be clear, I have to go back to my ARR quest giver and he will lead me to my Heavensward class qeust NPC ?
Yes, you pick up the first HW-job-quests where the ARR-job-quests left you.
In most cases this first quest will lead you to your new job-master-NPC.
You can always check your journal under completed quest - it will tell you where you can pick up the next one!
Every pre-expansion class works the same way at the start of HW(combat, gathering, and crafting). Go back to the NPC who gave you the level 50 quest, and theyll have a new quest to offer(if you somehow never got around to doing the level 50, the quest will be offered as soon as you finish the previous one). For some of them it involves introducing you to the person who will hand out the next batch of quests. For other classes who use the same NPC(BLM for one), it just starts telling the story they want to get into over the next few quests. I specify pre-expansion, as the classes added in HW dont need a quest break to introduce the start of their HW lines - youre in Ishgard to get them by default, so you can just continue normally.
Thanks guys, I did go back to my ARR NPC and it led me to my new one.
